**Who is the creator of battles?**
Any registered user can create their own battle within one of the themes provided in the application: TON, crypto, sports, esports, economics, politics, pop culture. Fanzee Battles is a user platform designed for creating and participating in battles.

**Who is the administrator of a battle?**
The user who creates a battle serves as its administrator and is responsible for ensuring that accurate information is provided in the battle.

**Rules for creating a battle.**
Incorrectly formulated battles will be removed from the platform. Please familiarize yourself with the fundamental principles of creating battles.
A battle has only two response options. If there is a possibility of other outcomes, please include them in one of the responses.
Ensure a clear time frame. Note that participant enrollment for a battle must conclude before the potential occurrence of the event. You have 24 hours after the battle concludes to select the correct outcome.
Battles with known answers are prohibited from being created on the platform and will be immediately removed from the platform.

**Platform Guidelines.**
The use of profanity and threats to the life and well-being of users or any groups is prohibited on the platform. Calls to violence in any form are also subject to blocking.

**User Responsibility.**
Users are fully responsible for platform access and actions performed on the platform. Fanzee disclaims responsibility for platform purchases, FNZ contributions to battles, and battle outcomes.

**Reporting a Battle.**
Registered platform users can report a battle if it violates site rules. If a battle administrator fails to enter or incorrectly enters the battle outcome, or if the battle is improperly composed, users may file a complaint. Upon confirmation of the battle's inaccuracy, it will be removed, and all FNZ will be returned to users within a period of up to three working days.

**FNZ Withdrawal.**
FNZ withdrawal is available for users at a level not lower than **Blue Casual**.

**Time Binding in a Battle.**
All battles are linked to the time zone of the creator. For user convenience, battles feature an embedded timer displaying the number of days, hours, or hours and minutes until its conclusion.
